Teacher Eligibility Test known as TET is an Indian entrance examination for teachers. The test is mandatory for getting teaching jobs in government schools from Class 1 to Class 8.

Paper 1 is meant for teachers opting for Class 1 to Class 5 and Paper 2 for Class 6 to Class 8. It is conducted by both Central government and State governments in India. Most states conduct their own TET.[1] The test is conducted in order fulfill and achieve the goals of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act.

TET was introduced by the Government of India in order to improve standards in teaching. It was held for the first time in 2011.[2] For teachers already working, they are supposed to clear the exam in two years time.[3]

The exam is based on National Curriculum Framework. The people who have the professional qualifications of Teacher Training such as D.El.Ed, B.Ed are eligible to take part in the test.

It's a mandatory qualification for one who wanted to be a teacher from Class I to class VIII. A candidate has to score over 60 per cent to clear the eligibility test.[4] The exam is divided into Paper 1 and Paper 2.

The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) maintains the database and guides the government bodies about conducting the test.

Previously, the blue print of paper paper style of English second language was published by the Gujarat State Board. Suggestions were made to update the paper styling. A new paper style has been published based on these suggestions. Originally made changes in section C, D and E. According to the new question paper, the second and yearly exam paper will be extracted. According to the teachers of English subjects, new forms have been removed from the form of Word Forms and Word Building and framing quizzes, framing sessions, do as guided. E-mail composition has been put in place instead of letter writing in section E. However, there is no significant change in Saxon-A and B. As a new paradigm, a special emphasis has been placed on Gramar. If the systematic preparations are done according to the new paradigm, then the basic structure of English grammar will be strengthened by the students. Often students' English grammar is weak.

That's why, considering the issue, the new paper style of Second Language English exam has been prepared.

The Central Government has announced the implementation of 7th Pay Commission for the State State Universities and Central Universities and Central Institute of Professors, Officers and Employees of the country, but in this pay scale, the Central Government has reduced the 80% grant to state governments to 50% and instead of five years Three years of grant has been granted. When the new government is going to form government after the elections in Gujarat, the implementation of the 7th Pay Commission is going to be a big problem for the new government as the government is burdened with an annual budget of about 200 crores. Where GST has already reduced the revenue of the state government and the present state is also increasing, the government is also going to increase the economic burden on the implementation of the 7th pay commission for colleges. The Government Universities and Colleges & Employees of the Colleges Pay fixation is done by the UGC in the pay scale and the Center for Pay fixation determined by the UGC every five years. Approves RA. After the announcement of the implementation of Seventh Pay Commission for all the government employees, the central government recently announced the implementation of seventh payroll scheme for the teachers and employees of the country's universities. The Central Government has introduced many new terms and provisions in the pay scale of 7th pay commission, which has raised a fierce opposition against the Center in the congregations of the country's professors and academic staff. Earlier, till the 6th Pay Commission, the Central Government was giving 80% grant to the State Governments for the implementation of the pay scale. The state government had to bear the percent.
